Eazyweb recently completed development on a Client Satisfaction Survey on behalf of long-term solicitors Spicketts Battrick.
The system is custom-built to collect information from customers, presented within an attractive, dynamic user interface.
The forms have been designed in a mini-wizard format, allowing the collection of a considerable amount of information across a number of screens. This route was chosen to help make the system feel less overwhelming rather than using one massive form.
Various validation routines were developed to ensure that the information collected is valid and usable, and like all our sytems the data can be interrogated via a backend admin interface.
The client has been very pleased with the usage of the forms, and further updates are already scheduled for this successful system.
